HALLOWEEN POSTER CONTEST
COHOES, N.Y.-
Children in grades K-12 are encouraged to submit a poster which portrays:
“BEING RESPONSIBLE ON HALLOWEEN”
Winners will help to carry the Youth Bureau banner in the City of Cohoes Halloween Parade.
Entries are due Thursday, October 9th. Posters can be turned in at the main office at the student’s school. Winners will be announced on Friday the 17th.
