Troy Police Arrest Two Involved with a Late-Night Robbery Near Bombers on King Street

From the city of Troy:

The Troy Police Department has made arrests following a late-night incident outside of Bombers Burrito Bar in Troy located at 2 King Street. As the victims were leaving the restaurant, they were robbed by three individuals, one of which was brandishing a firearm. Shortly after the incident, Troy Police were able to locate and arrest two of the perpetrators.

Troy police arrested Azayvus D. Fowler, 18, who resides at 20 Garden Court in Troy. Fowler was charged with Robbery in the 1st Degree, a Class B Felony. He is to be arraigned today.

Police also arrested Tyrell D. Pass, 25, who resides at 143 7th Avenue #1 in Troy. Pass was charged with Robbery in the 1st Degree, a Class B Felony; Menacing in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony; and False Impersonation a Class B Misdemeanor. He is to be arraigned today.

The third individual and the firearm have not yet been located.
