Troy Police, City Announce Prostitution-Related Arrests

The Troy Police Department has announced arrests following a prostitution detail conducted by the Troy Police Department Patrol Division, FINS and the New York State Police CNET. The arrests have occurred in the City of Troy and taken place over the last 24 hours. A total of seven individuals were arrested on charges of both prostitution and soliciting prostitution.

“Great police work and coordination led to these arrests,” said Troy Police Chief John Tedesco. “Our patrols and special units are continuing to an excellent job.”

Those arrested on prostitution-related charges include:

Eleanor M. Alberio , 37, of 667 4^th Avenue #2, Troy

Charged with: Prostitution, Class B – Misdemeanor

Alberto was arrested at 3:37 am on 9/26/14  at 102^nd St and 5^thAvenue in Troy. She is to be arraigned this morning.

Bernadette C. Gamble, 36, of 74 Ferry Street, Troy

Charged with: Prostitution, Class B – Misdemeanor

Gamble was arrested at 2:42 am on 9/26/14 at 1450 5^thAvenue in Troy. She was to be arraigned this morning.

Jenny Lynn Largesse, 25, of 566 3^rd Avenue #2, Troy

Charged with: Prostitution, Class B – Misdemeanor

Largesse was arrested at 3:22 pm on 9/25/14 at 115^th St and 3^rd Avenue in Troy. She was released on an appearance ticket. Gamble was arrested again at 4:38 am on 9/26/14 at 112^thStreet and 3^rd Avenue in Troy. She is to be arraigned this morning.

William Surprenant, 38, of 221 Stowe Avenue, Troy

Charged with: Patronizing Prostitute, Class A – Misdemeanor, 3^rd degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class A – Misdemeanor, 7^th degree; and Harassment in the 2^nddegree.

Surprenant was arrested at 10:26 am on 9/25/14 at 116^thStreet and 2^nd Avenue in Troy. He was taken arraigned without incident.

David Matthew Sano, 40, of 12 Munro Court, 1^st FL, Troy

Charged with: Patronizing Prostitute, Class A – Misdemeanor, 3^rd degree

Sano was arrested at 12:57 pm on 9/25/14 at 547 River Street in Troy. He was temporarily held on an appearance ticket.

Frank J. Coluccio, 39, of 23B Johnson Road, Latham

Charged with: Patronizing Prostitute, Class A – Misdemeanor, 3^rd degree

Coluccio was arrested at 2:43 pm on 9/25/14 at 886 River Street in Troy. He was to be arraigned this morning.

David C. Venson, 68, of 151 President Street

Charged with: Patronizing  Prostitute Class A – Misdemeanor, 3^rd Degree

Venson was arrested at 2:54 pm at 151 President Street. He was to be arraigned this morning.
