Albany Man Guilty of Selling Heroin

 District Attorney P. David Soares announced that LIVINGSTON BOND, 29, of Albany, pleaded guilty to (1) Count of Attempted Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class C Felony, before the Honorable Judge Thomas A. Breslin in Albany County Supreme Court this morning.

On January 14, 2014, at approximately 8:18pm, in the area of 55 Catherine Street in the City of Albany, BOND did sell a quantity of heroin in exchange for US Currency.



The guilty plea today also satisfies charges that on February 10, 2014, at approximately 6:04 pm, in the area of 101 Catherine Street in the City of Albany, BOND did sell a quantity of heroin in exchange for US Currency.

BOND faces up to 6 years in State Prison, to be followed by 3 years of Post-Release Supervision, when sentenced on December 4, 2014.  

Assistant District Attorney Kurt Haas of the Street Crimes Unit is handling the prosecution of this case.
