One Monument Square project in preliminary site investigation stage
As of December 1st, Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction will begin preliminary site investigation work for the redevelopment of One Monument Square (former Troy City Hall site). For the safety of all parties, there will be no public access or parking at the site while the investigation work is being completed.
