Cohoes Mayor George Primeau would like to advise residents that due to the high possibility of inclement weather the City of Cohoes is preparing for an extremely cold temperatures over the next several nights.
For anyone that is without heat and/or shelter and you need assistance, please call 911 or go to your nearest Fire or Police Department and they will help assist in opening up the Cohoes Community Center (22-40 Remsen Street) as a warming station to alleviate any potential health or safety hazards during the below freezing temperatures.
